What are Affiliated Members?

Individuals who reside within dioceses which are affiliated with NFCYM, or individuals who are a part of, or represent NFCYM collaborating members, may register at the NFCYM affilated members price.

Scholarships

Several scholarships are available to assist participants with the cost of registration. These include the:

  • Regional Scholarships: five per region, for NFCYM affiliated dioceses; submission deadline is September 3
  • Mary Jean Hart Memorial Scholarship: for a Girl Scout or Camp Fire Leader; submission deadline is September 14
  • Sr. Thea Bowman Memorial Scholarship: for a multicultural member of an NFCYM affiliated diocese; submission deadline is September 14

Scholarship Applications

These scholarship funds are made available through the Catholic Youth Foundation USA.

Conference Registration IS OPEN

Conference Registration Fees

Early Registration (ends October 15)
  • NFCYM Affiliated Members, $275/person
  • Non-NFCYM Affiliates, $300/person
  • Spouse Pass (valid with full registration of a spouse), $175
  • Half Conference (either Thursday-Friday afternoon or Friday night-Saturday closing), $175
  • Full-Time Students, $175
Regular Registration (begins October 16)
  • NFCYM Affiliated Members, $300
  • Non-NFCYM Affiliates, $325
  • Spouse Pass (valid with full registration of a spouse), $200
  • Half Conference (either Thursday-Friday afternoon or Friday night-Saturday closing), $200
  • Full-Time Students, $200

Additional fees are charged for all pre-conferences and special luncheons.

After November 21 attendees must register onsite.

 

Registration Policies

Substitutions

Substitutions can be made only during onsite registration for a $10 fee. To make a substitution, present the registration confirmation information at the conference registration desk. A new name badge will be issued. No substitutions will be handled prior to the conference.

Cancellations

Cancellation notification must be received in writing prior to Friday, November 2, 2012 to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be granted after November 2, 2012.

A refund of the registration fee minus a $25 processing fee will be issued in January 2013. All cancellation letters should be mailed to:
