Sheraton Lake Buena Vista

With the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort sold out, NFCYM has secured an overflow block of rooms at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort. With a discounted rate of $99 (plus tax, currently 12.5%) these recently renovated rooms are a great deal.

Reserve your room online or call 1-800-325-3535 and ask for NFCYM group rate. Rooms must be booked no later than Thursday, November 8, to receive the discounted room rate.The group rate is valid for reservations between Monday, November 26, and Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

The special NCCYM rate includes self-parking at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista (a $10 value) and the resort fee ($10 value), which includes free wireless internet access in your room, two bottles of water daily, and access to the fitness club.

More than 52 restuarants are within walking distance and the resort has two restaurants on property: 27 Palms Gill (open 11:00 am to dusk) and Zest Restaurant (open 6:30 am to 10:00 pm). The Springboard Marketplace offers grab and go items.

Additional Costs

The Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort is located five miles from the Swan and Dolphin Resort. A rental car will be required for transportation between the two resorts. In addition, there is a $15 parking fee at the Swan and Dolphin each day (no in and out privileges). These additional costs should be offset by the difference in room rates.

Roommates

If you are interested in sharing a room at NCCYM please contact your diocesan director or regional representative who will assist you in finding others who are also interested in sharing a room. NFCYM does not guarantee attendees will find a roommate or that roommate matches will be compatible.

In addition, there will be specially discounted items available in the Resource Expo Food Court (Atlantic Hall) during show hours as well as daily specials available to NCCYM attendees at each of the hotels' dining outlets. Pricing will vary depending on outlets (and includes tax and service fee):

• Dinner: $16.00-$35.00
