The 2012 NCCYM will take place at the lovely Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. At the Swan and Dolphin you will be filled with possibilities….soak up the sun at its sandy beach, enjoy a dip in one of its five pools, play tennis, basketball, ping pong or volleyball, stay fit at the extensive health club, relax and unwind at the Mandara Spa, or enjoy a meal at one of the 17 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort .

Room Costs

PLEASE NOTE: The Swan and Dolphin Resort is now sold out. All attendees still requiring rooms are being directed to the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort. Contact Margie Strickland at 407-550-1009 and mention the NFCYM Conference.

The Swan and Dolphin special discounted prices below include the daily resort fee but not taxes, currently 12.5%. Resort fee covers in-room internet connection, two bottles of water daily, local and long distance calls and full access to the Health and Fitness Club!

• $145 Single/Double
• $155 Triple/Quad (no extra charge for children under 18 years of age)

Parking Rates

• Overnight Hotel Guest: $15 plus tax per day (in and out privileges)
• Day Parking: $15 inclusive of tax for each exit
• Valet Parking: Add $5 to above rates

Roommates

If you are interested in sharing a hotel room at NCCYM please contact your diocesan director or regional representative who will assist you in finding others who are also interested in sharing a room. NFCYM does not guarantee attendees will find a roommate or that roommate matches will be compatible.

Sales and Hotel Tax Exemptions

Qualified nonprofit organizations, such as religious, charitable, scientific, educational, and veteran's organizations may not be required to pay sales tax for hotel rooms and other goods. For more information, or to request an exemption, submit an Application for Consumer's Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-5) to the Florida Department of Revenue.

There are more than 25 different dining options within easy walking distance, including 14 at the Swan and Dolphin. Dozens more are just a short drive or shuttle bus ride away. The pdfs below will help you explore the many options and price points associated with each.

In addition, there will be specially discounted items available in the Resource Expo Food Court (Atlantic Hall) during show hours as well as daily specials available to NCCYM attendees at each of the hotels' dining outlets. Pricing will vary depending on outlets (and includes tax and service fee):

• Breakfast: $13.00-$23.00
• Lunch: $14.50-$25.00
• Dinner: $16.00-$35.00
