Discount Airfares

Most airlines offer sales for November airfares during late summer/early fall (August-September). To get the best airfare deal, sign up for price alerts ona discount travel site or use the special NCCYM discounts below withyour preferred airline:

• United Airlines is pleased to offer discounts of 2% to 10% off published fares. Save an additional 3% off by booking your own reservations at www.united.com. Choose your flight times, and access your meeting discounts by inserting the promotional code (ZMWG403603) in the Offer Code box.
• Delta Airlines is offering a 5% to 10% discount off roundtrip fares to Orlando. Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com. When booking online, select ‘Meeting Event Code’ and enter the meeting code (NME5L) in the box provided on the Search Flight page.
• American Airlines is pleased to offer a discount of 5% off published fares. Book your own reservations at www.aa.com. Choose 'More Flight Search Options' and insert the promotion code (72N2BM) in the appropriate box.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

The Orlando International Airport is the closest airport to Orlando and Disney World, located approximately 22 miles from the Swan and Dolphin Resort. NCCYM volunteers will be on hand Wednesday and Thursday of the conference to greet NCCYM attendees and assist with directing you to transportation that will get you to the Swan and Dolphin Resort. Airport Shuttle

$29 Round Trip Shuttle Bus

The Swan and Dolphin Resort is located approximately 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (a taxi fare of approximately $60 ONE WAY). NFCYM has negotiated a special discount shuttle rate with Mears Transportation for $29 ROUND TRIP. Shuttles depart every 30 minutes.

To get this discounted rate, go the NCCYM Mears Shuttle Site and click on "Shuttle Reservations" or use the pdf coupon on site or online. Note: you must have the coupon to get discount on site.

Travel by Bus or Train

Amtrak

Amtrak Station is located at 1400 Sligh Blvd. in Orlando, about 40 minutes from the Swan and Dolphin. Check schedules and fares.

Greyhound

The Orlando Bus Station at 555 North John Young Parkway is located about 30 minutes from the Swan and Dolphin Resort. Click here for information on fares and scheduling.

Swan and Dolphin Parking Rates

There is no free parking in walking distance to the conference hotel.

• Overnight Hotel Guest: $15 plus tax per day (in and out privileges).
• Day Parking: $15 inclusive of tax for each exit.
• Valet Parking: Add $5 to above rates.

Local Transportation

Disney Shuttle Bus, Water Taxi and Car Rental

Disney resort shuttle buses arrive at the main entrance of the Swan and Dolphin approximately every 15-20 minutes to transport guests to Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Downtown Disney® area, and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.

A free water taxi offers access from either the Swan and Dolphin or Boardwalk docks, running approximately every 15 – 20 minutes to and from Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios™.
